Vincent Comet Auto Advance Chart This chart shows typical advance/retard readings automatically provided by the Comet version of our flange mounted single magneto. It shows the degrees that the ignition will be retarded from the fully advanced position that you used when installing the magneto. These settings give no "kick-back" starting conditions and smooth acceleration.
