Easy Timing

Your engine is easy to time with a new BT-H magneto. The magneto is supplied with a locking rod that is inserted into the magneto to lock it into the correct position.

Set your engine to the full advance position, put on the timing gear or sprocket, tighten the fixing nut then remove the locking rod. The electronics automatically retard the ignition for starting.

No fiddling about with bits of paper between points or the timing slipping as you tighten things up.
